Cancellation Policy
Notes: The order can be canceled before the parcel ship out, but we cannot cancel the order after shipping!
Refunds can be made in the following situations, but fees will be charged:
If the customer cancels for personal reasons, a 15% handling fee will be charged;
A full refund can be made in the following situations:
- Logistic reasons: not mailed to the customer's area;
- Reason for the seller: the product is out of stock, and the customer does not agree to exchange it.
